This pie was born out of a trip to the Philippines and a deep love for lumpia — the crispy, savory rolls that show up at every celebration and never last long on the table.
We start with a sweet chili sauce base, then layer on mozzarella, seasoned beef and sausage, fresh garlic, shredded carrot, and green onions — classic lumpia flavors reimagined in pizza form. After the bake, it’s finished with a savory soy glaze swirl that ties everything together
